Don't you just wonder if politicians ever listen to
themselves? Clinton, who never saw a tax he didn't want to
increase, is signing a bill ending the working senior 33%
right-to-work tax. To hear the mass media tell it, it was a
"depression era" tax that has out lived it's usefulness.
(Useful to tax seniors 33%?!) Forget the fact that we haven't
had a depression in decades, they ignore the fact that most
of these idiots expect our homage for rescinding the back-
breaking 33% tax THEY placed on the elderly in the first
place. I'm glad they've confessed their sins of the past,
but they miss the point, which is: the very idea of
overtaxing one segment of the population to tilt the playing
field in favor of another segment of the population is, by
definition, un-American. On the other hand, in recent years
it has become very American to pander to the voters. Welcome
to a new America.
Algore has some ideas for seniors too. He wants to pass
some laws to tilt the playing field in favor of female
seniors over their husbands. The politics of social
destruction, has become yet another enhancement to the
American political tradition. Man Vs woman. Young Vs old.
Black Vs white. Rich Vs poor. The people preaching this
venom need to be stopped before there is no more American
ideals left to defend.
Later this year, the pols will be lining up to eliminate
the Marriage Penalty Tax. This may be the very worse thing
Congress has ever done to our society, discouraging marriage
while making divorce, the only loop hole. This is a no-brainer.
Stop destroying American families NOW. But you know what,
they aren't saying STOP. They're saying SLOW down the
destruction of the traditional family. Coast to a stop, 5 or ten
years from now. Throw the Bums Out. All of 'em.
Nothing could be easier.
